He came out for an annual tune up of my boiler system. Three or four months after that he came out and patched up a small leak in one of the pipes. It went as I fully expected. He gave me a $100 quote on a tune up. That was what was charged. He spent 45 minutes to an hour performing seasonal maintenance. When he came back, he patched that up at no charge.
